  • Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.
  • All orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.
  • Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code.

 

  You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to support@moraloue.com.

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
